Minimum term of 12 months from date of registration
("Term"). |

Payment of the fees hereunder must
be made in advance and within 30 days from the date of our invoice,
in such manner as directed by us. The amount due in respect of downloading
our specimen resolution excludes all taxes, disbursements and courier
charges. |

Any additional work undertaken by us will be
charged separately and before undertaking such work, you will
be informed accordingly. |
| 4. |
Interest of 1 % per month will be
levied on outstanding amounts over one month.

During the term, when any document at this
web site is downloaded, a transaction will be deemed to have occurred
and you will be deemed to have consented to all the terms and conditions
therein. |

We will maintain the statutory records
for you manually or electronically. |
| 7. |
You have to attend an orientation course at our premises after
you have registered with us, upon our notification of such required
attendance to you. |
| 8. |
We will complete and file the requisite
statutory forms on your behalf based on resolutions send to us by
fax or original copy. As we are not witnessing the signing of resolutions
and relevant documents signed by directors/shareholders, we shall
disclaim all liability in relation to, in consequence of and in
connection with our acts, and all things and documents made in relation
to our completion and filing of such forms. |
