Client will pay us a small nominal sum of S$380 as retainer fee yearly. The retainer fee will include services for standard and simple resolutions Annual Return/AGM will also be included in the package deal.

For non-routine resolutions involving substantive time to draft, our standard rate of charge will apply.

Client is free to download specimen resolutions freely over the Internet but ID and Password are required. Clients just need to download the resolution relevant to the need and return by email to us for verification. Once verified, the resolution will be sent back by email to client for printing and signature. The relevant Form to be filed to RCB will be done on our part.

Where applicable, we will only dispatch invoices detailing services provided and the relevant fees. Please refer to the Specimen Resolutions RCB Matters and Table of Charges.
