We provide the following services :

a)	Document the Annual General Meeting and preparation of the Annual Return.
b)	Effect a reasonable number of the changes in the Board of Directors and particulars of directors e.g. address, etc.
c)	Attend to routine maters covering changes of bank signatories, banking facilities, etc.
d)	Lodge all statutory returns with the Registrar of Companies and Businesses.
e)	Advise in various corporate matters and statutory requirements in relation to the aforesaid matters.
f)	The custody and control over the common seal.
g)	The custody and maintenance of the minutes of the directors and shareholders.

Our fee for the aforesaid services to be rendered, including provision of company secretary is $720.00 per annum excluding out of pocket expenses.
