The Annual charge for the provision of a Nominee Shareholder is $2,000, to hold in trust for the beneficial owners of the company. A Nominee Shareholder shall pre-signed a copy of blank share transfer form and a letter of confirmation to deliver the beneficial owner for safekeeping.
