1 year or 2 years	- $ 1500
Application for dependent’s pass	- $500 per person
Renewal application of employment pass	- $500 - $1,000

Enclosed herewith Application form for your completion. Official English translation must also be provided.

Should you wish to proceed with the application, we would normally require administrative charges of $700.00, which is not refundable to you. However, upon approval of the application, full payment would need to be made to us. You can make the payment to us via Visa, Amex or Diners.
