Normal Secretarial Services
We provide the following services :
| a) | Document the Annual General Meeting and preparation of the Annual Return. |
| b) | Effect a reasonable number of the changes in the Board of Directors and particulars of directors e.g. address, etc. |
| c) | Attend to routine maters covering changes of bank signatories, banking facilities, etc. |
| d) | Lodge all statutory returns with the Registrar of Companies and Businesses. |
| e) | Advise in various corporate matters and statutory requirements in relation to the aforesaid matters. |
| f) | The custody and control over the common seal. |
| g) | The custody and maintenance of the minutes of the directors and shareholders. |
Our fee for the aforesaid services to be rendered, including provision of company secretary is $720.00 per annum excluding out of pocket expenses.

We provide value corporate secretarial services for a minimum fixed fee at S$300.00 plus variable fees. With guarantee cost saving for your company.
